5.5" Stainless clad Santoku with lacewood handle
This absolutely beautiful 5.5” (140mm) santoku is forged out of a stainless clad cu-mai Takefu lamented steel with a V-Toku2 core. This is a san-mai construction allowing the benefit stainless steel on the main body of your knife but with a V-Toku2 high carbon steel for you core (edge) steel.
The handle is a piece of dyed stabilised lacewood with an african blackwood ferrule and 3mm decorative copper pin.
The blade has a forged taper on the spine from 3mm - 1mm
Blade length - 5.5” (140mm) with a depth at the heal of 40mm
